A few weeks ago I sat down and wrote a case study on how I developed a niche site on nettle tea to the point where I received my first ever payment from Google Adsense.
The case study (all 3500 words of it) has just been published on Entrepreneurs-Journey, a well known internet marketing website.

How I Made My First Internet Dollar – A Passive Income Niche Site Case Study
(as published on Entrepreneurs-Journey on 4 April 2012)

I saw your article on Entrepreneurs Journey and thoroughly enjoyed it. I also just wanted to say I love, love, love your “things I do” tab on your website here. I’m always trying new things (including new careers) and my parents think I’m a flaky nut. But I try to convince them that I’m just always getting bored and love to try new things! They think it’s a waste of time… I guess we’ll see who’s right someday
Hey Nick! Just tweeted you earlier today. Yeps, I’ve got one related site at:
Herbal Tea HQ

Read the article on EJ today too; you’ve spent $200 on article spinning. How many would that be when used for backlinks, and would that amount include having the articles submitted to directories on your behalf?
Getting a site to hit $25/day is no small sum for a site. I know AdSense is pretty good source of income, but I’ve yet to breakthrough to that amount yet.
Hey Daniel
Article spinning doesn’t include any submission or baclinking. It’s just going through each article and identifying synonyms for each word and sentence.
Submissions, baclinking and directory posting is what you do after you have finished spinning an article
Good luck with the site.
Cool. I’ve haven’t tested out article spinning for submissions and postings; what would you be seeing from $200 worth of article spinning service (eg: how many spun articles and double checked)?
I read your story over at the entrepreneurs-journey.com and was well impressed with the tea story. Absolutely amazing thing to do.
Hey Shalu
My pleasure, I’m glad you enjoyed the article.
